| CliffsTestPrep® Officer Candidate Tests will include relevant subject reviews with numerous practice exercises for each. Additionally, we plan to include more full-length practice tests than the Arco book--2 per test: U.S. Army candidates take the aptitude area General Technical (GT; consists of arithmetic reasoning, word knowledge, and paragraph comprehension); we include 2 GT tests.
U.S. Navy candidates must achieve a qualifying score on the Officer Aptitude Rating (OAR), which is a composite exam formed from the Math/Verbal Test and the Mechanical Comprehension Test of the U.S. Navy Marine Corps Aviation Selection Test Battery (ASTB). The complete ASTB must be taken by those applying to flight school; we include 2 ASVAB tests. U.S. Air Force candidates take the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT); we include 2 AFOQT tests.
